I enjoyed a comfortable stay with a plush bed, made my rest easier and being just about 2 km from sweetwater hammock preserve gave me an awesome spot to take a leisurely stroll in nature. The central location allowed me quick access to various dining options was great, but the noisy surroundings at night could definitely use some improvement.

The staff were experienced day and night.

This hotel is well-maintained and it has perfect staff and location. The staff are helpful and accommodating, managed the parking on-site. Possibly the best and fine property experience we have had, would stay here again.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our family enjoyed a cozy 2-night stay. The bed was comfortable, but the room showed signs of wear, like water stains. Breakfast included solid options to start the day. A tip , check for room updates to ensure a more pleasant experience.

I did not receive the Booked.net price that was contracted. I reserved the room through your website for $89.19. the hotel charged me $111.49. I'm not sure who I need to contact to get a refund, whether it is through your website or the hotel. Please advise.

Hotel turned out to be clean and the breakfast option was fine. The rooms were huge and brand-new, and the bathroom was clean with a tub.

The room was a nice size, and I appreciated the quick changes made after I reported the roaches. Found a gem in the kitchen with a comfy breakfast, just what I needed!

Roaches made my sandwich a bit too crunchy, not the gourmet touch I was hoping for.

Nice and spacious rooms. We requested a baby-cot in advance but was not there so we were offered (probably from a neighbor hotel) for an extra charge - after my question if the mistake was done by a hotel or by Booked.net because I planned to complain to one of them later, the receptionist manage to give us a baby-cot for free....I Do not know if this is actually a positive or negative thing...

Baby-cot was requested but was not there (read above), very poor breakfast - do not even count with that and rather go to eat somewhere else, our bathroom was not cleaned properly - there were an open shampoo and soap there with hair on it...not something you want to find in your room...

unmade rooms at check in at 3pm, Room smelled of old carpet. It was really run down. The staff were completely confused

Families will find it comfortable

The room size was good enough for my family with comfy beds and nice firm pillows also the bathroom had great water pressure and was clean with no issues

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but given the quality it felt alright

Well my son goes to Indian River State College and I had a week vacation so I decided to spend it with him, and my mother and I had a blast. Love the quietness, shopping, dinning ant lots more bottom line I had fun. Thanks.

The computer in the business room are slow. More variety to the eggs and bacon part of breakfast.

I stayed for one night in a King Room Non-Smoking, and I found the bed to be really comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, but I noticed some cleanliness issues like dust in the corners and a few maintenance needs which could be improved. It was a decent choice for a quick stay.

The king room was clean and spacious with comfy beds and plenty of towels. They have a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast was included with options like cereals and pastries. Location is great, right off I-95.
